Update Fall 2022

No, I haven’t forgotten about the website and yes, I do feel it’s important to keep things up to date. It does seem though that the website has become more of an archival entity at this point whereas the blog (Musings from a Saxophonist) has been serving as an expression of whatever’s been on my mind lately.

I did just add a few selections from recordings that were missing from the Media section. Tracks from two projects by the trio with Christian Weber and Michael Griener are now represented.

The Appearances section has been notably sparse for some time now due to a number of factors. Most simply put, I consider this current period of daily musical practice apart from the concertizing scene a beneficial, necessary and positive part of the creative process.

Towards that end I am emphasizing teaching to a much greater degree and invite you to contact me should that interest you. If so, please have a look at the teaching page which contains further information.

It’s an endless and rewarding pursuit in whatever form it takes but there is nothing like being on the stage and bringing it to life with all of you. I will post upcoming dates to this site.
